How to operate a small car mounted pump on site? Many construction sites without professional operators face problems. Taking the small truck mounted pump of Hunan Heyu Heavy Industry Machinery as an example:
Step 1: Drive the machine to the work site, lift the support legs and mount the pump. The four legs of the pump must be hardened under them, and the pump must be supported flat. Connect the 380V electricity and water (cleaning machine) to the vicinity of the pump.
Step 2: Connect the water and electricity, the larger the water, the better to clean the machine. Electric wires are generally selected based on the size of the machine. For machines under 90 kW, 3 * 50 copper core cables are selected. For pumps under 110 kW, 3 * 70 copper core cables are selected. For those over 50 meters, upgrading calculations are required; After connecting the cable, test the machine. First, turn on the cooling fan. If it blows outwards, it will rotate in the forward direction. Otherwise, if it rotates in the reverse direction, two of the wires entering the conveying pump need to be replaced (the pressure gauge will also rise after two seconds of starting); When starting, check the voltage meter on the control cabinet and it should be 380 plus or minus 5%. If it is too low, the wire may be too thin or too far from the power supply.
Step 3: Check if the pump is filled with oil and water; Each buckle of the pipeline should be tightly fastened, otherwise it is easy to leak grout and block the pipe.
The hydraulic oil of the concrete conveying pump should be added to the 3/4 position of the instrument, and the oil level can be seen (Great Wall No. 46)
Fill the concrete pump with lubricating grease (00 lithium grease) before each operation
Fill the water tank with clean water (tap water)
Add butter to the butter nozzle of the concrete pump swing cylinder (No. 3 butter)
Step 4: Start pumping
1. Turn on the cooling fan and hopper for mixing
2. Pump the half bucket water lubrication pipe first
3. Pump one to two square sand slurry (must be pumped to the outlet at once)
4. Pump concrete (keep the concrete below the mixing shaft when the material is poor)
5. Halfway stopping requires pumping two to three times every 15 minutes
Step 5: Clean the machine
1. Pump clean water directly within a distance of 50 meters, stop pumping the clean water at the end, remove the variable diameter pipe, open the hopper bottom door, flush the water pipe from the discharge port into the machine, and reverse the pump for three minutes. (Directly pumping water must be pumped to the outlet at once, and the pumping cannot be stopped halfway)
2. If the distance is far, the direction should be changed after the swing cylinder. The master cylinder is ready to push forward to stop pumping, and press the swing cylinder to release the pressure; Insert the sponge ball into the conveying cylinder, start the engine and reset the cylinder, and directly fill the water pump until the sponge rushes out from the end.
Step 6: Pay attention midway
1. Always pay attention to whether the hydraulic oil is on the oil level gauge, and fill it up promptly if it is not enough.
2. Check for oil leakage in hydraulic hoses and fittings, and replace seals or tighten them promptly if necessary.
3. Does the lubricating oil distributor operate
Attention: In case of power outage or machine damage during operation, the hopper, S pipe, and two material cylinders must be cleaned thoroughly.
