Taking the concrete pump operation of Hunan Heyu Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. as an example, a simple operation training will be conducted:
1. The concrete delivery pump must be placed away from slopes and soft areas, with sufficient maintenance and cleaning space around it. The 380V power and water sources must be connected to the side of the concrete pump.
2. Check if the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank of the concrete pump, the No.00 lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank, and the water in the machine water tank are all filled, and add butter to the areas with grease fittings (mainly at the swing cylinder)
3. Connect the 380V main power supply, turn the panel switch to the local control, and start the machine (if only the power supply indicates that the concrete pump has no other response, switch any two power lines). When starting, the voltage indication should not be less than 380V plus or minus 5%
4. After starting the motor, turn on the cooling fan, jog the main cylinder and swing cylinder to see if there is any movement, and then press the pump start button to ensure continuous movement.
5. Turn the panel switch to the remote control position to test the functions of each remote control switch. Next, you can start normal pumping: first pour water, then pour mortar (to pour mortar out of the outlet at once), and then pour concrete (during the pumping process, if the material has good fluidity, you can add more, but if the fluidity is not good, add less. Generally, it is most suitable to place the material above the mixing shaft and below the sieve.
6. Hunan Heyu Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has four pressure gauges during the pumping process:
The first one is the pumping pressure gauge, which reflects the resistance of the pump pipeline. It is adjusted to 32 megapascals at the factory and generally does not need to be moved.
The second one is the control pressure gauge, which reflects the displacement of the delivery pump. Generally, it is normal to adjust the swing cylinder to within 25 times per minute when it leaves the factory.
The third one is the distribution pressure gauge, which reflects the pressure of the S valve in the hopper. It is usually adjusted to 18 megapascals at the factory and does not move.
The fourth one is the mixing pressure gauge. The better the fluidity of the concrete, the lower the pressure, just like the pumping pressure, the smaller the better.
7. After the pumping is completed, if the pipeline is not long, water can be pumped directly. If the pipeline is long, a cleaning ball can be inserted to pump clean water to the end. Alternatively, the pipeline can be removed and the water pipe can be inserted into the discharge port to reverse the pump.
